Maria Blake, D.D.S.

Dr. Maria Blake was born and raised in Heidelberg, Germany. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now called the University of Louisiana-Lafayette), and she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans.

Dr. Blake is a member of the American Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association, and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.
 
Continuing Education

Each year, Dr. Blake goes through many hours of extensive, continuing educational programs. Since 1979, she has accumulated over 2000 hours of post graduate training. Dr. Blake is an alumnus of the Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education (FACE) in San Francisco, California. FACE is a group of dental professionals who share their extensive experience with dental reconstruction techniques.

Dr. Blake, a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, has also earned a Mastership of General Dentistry. She was one of only 175 dentists in the country to earn this prestigious distinction.

Giving Back

Dr. Blake is an active volunteer providing dental services in Honduras, Belize and Guatemala.
